Nia Glow: Nia Classes - in Johannesburg

 The studio is closed on public holidays

* The Nia class: A one hour class incorporating structured and freeform movement to music incorporating the body, mind, emotions, and spirit.

* bring a bottle of water and a small sweat towel

* for day time classes enter the studio through the back door - via the rear parking lot

* for evening classes enter the studio through the front door next to Woolies Food front entrance because the rear parking lot gets locked daily at 7pm [security reasons]

• The dance studio is next to Woolworths Foods in the Valley Centre in close proximity to the suburbs of:  
• Hurlingham, Blairgowrie, Linden, Ferndale, Randburg, Sandown, Parkmore, Sandton

• Drive south along William Nicol
• Turn right into St Andrews Rd [this is at the big intersection with Sandton Drive on your left]. The Rosebank Union Church is on your right.
• Take the immediate left after the Rosebank Union Church into Balmoral Ave, this winds along and becomes Athole Ave
• Just before Jan Smuts you can only slip left into Burnside Ave
• Once The Valley Centre is on your left, take the first turn into the rear parking lot and drive towards the far end of the lot
  

• Make your way along Buckingham Ave until it connects with Jan Smuts [The Valley Centre will be in front of  you]
  
• Turn right at the traffic light onto Jan Smuts
• Immediate left turn into Marian Rd [Woolies Foods is on the corner]
  
• Pass the 1st turn into the front parking lot and take the 2nd turn into the rear parking lot
